Cara kerja aplikasi Weather Wallpaper ini cukup sederhana hampir sama dengan applet Weather Report yang ada di GNOME. Data untuk cuaca diambil dari stasiun cuaca yang berada di daerah Anda (untuk Jakarta bisa menggunakan stasiun cuaca Soekarno-Hatta; kode ICAO: WIII). Nah dari sini data tersebut digunakan untuk mengubah tampilan wallpaper tersebut. Keren kan? Coba deh liat isi source code-nya cuman butuh satu berkas saja kok untuk bikin aplikasi ini. Menarik juga dicoba nih untuk mempercantik BlankOn. :-D
