GNOME 2.18 is out, on time as usual. :) But hey where is the release splash image? It’s still missing from GNOME front page. Am I too early? Well I will update the image when it become available. :P But for now let’s enjoy this release kiddo!

This is what i’m looking for! Simply powerful, sound nice isn’t it? ;)
And I’m looking forward to try this new GNOME release, I hope there will be a backport for Ubuntu 6.06 LTS … Hurry up, can’t even sleep without thinking about it. :)

GNOME 2.14 - Faster, Easier, Better

Update:
Yes it is, I had tried GNOME 2.14 on Ubuntu 6.06 LTS, well its speed improve much better than GNOME 2.12, also the way its manage memory is more efficient than the previous. So well done to GNOME teams, looking forward for the next GNOME 2.16!
